On March 18th, the VIET IN FRAME talkshow brought together a community of nature lovers, photographers, and storytellers in Đà Nẵng for an inspiring afternoon centered around photography and conservation.
Hosted at VENhouse, the event created a space to reflect on how images can tell meaningful stories about nature, the environment, and wildlife shifting the perspective from simply capturing moments to truly listening to them.

Featuring Paven Nguyễn, a nature documentary filmmaker and founder of Viet Endangered Narratives (VEN), the session offered honest insights into fieldwork, the patience behind wildlife photography, and the challenges of storytelling in unpredictable conditions.

Alongside the talk, attendees connected with the community, explored lenses from Sigma and OM System, and shared moments over a relaxed teabreak making the gathering both reflective and hands-on.

More than just a talkshow, the gathering became a reminder that photography can serve as a bridge connecting people to nature, and inspiring a deeper awareness of conservation through storytelling.
