MEET OUR CO-FOUNDER
Paven Nguyen
Paven brings over a decade of filmmaking expertise, including four years dedicated to wildlife documentaries.
His affinity for nature began in childhood, fostered by stories like "Ocean Girl" and "Princess Mononoke." This connection blossomed into a lifelong passion, leading him to immerse himself in the Kon Plong forest and engage with indigenous communities. Here, he discovered his calling of harnessing storytelling for environmental conservation.
Paven leads the creative direction, shaping the visual storytelling, field productions, and artistic vision behind VEN’s work.
OUR CO-FOUNDER
Hong Tang
With over 15 years of experience, Hong has worked extensively with communities in and around Vietnam’s protected areas, empowering them to engage in sustainable tourism that supports both livelihoods and conservation.
She also found Catalyst for Change, a Not-for-Profit that has over 10 years of experience making positive impact on Vietnamese disadvantaged women and children through educational volunteerism, cultural immersion & empowerment.
Hong oversees general management, volunteer coordination, and strategic development — drawing from her extensive background in grassroots engagement and sustainable tourism.
