How We Fund Our Mission
As a newly established organization, Viet Endangered Narratives (VEN) has not yet received external donations or funding. Instead, we have developed a self-sustaining financial model that allows us to operate, grow, and test our capacity before launching larger fundraising initiatives
CURRENT FUNDING
Our Funding Sources
Until 2026, our primary focus is on building credibility, strengthening partnerships, and refining our programs before pursuing external funding. Our income currently comes from two key revenue streams.
Filming Services for NGOs & Conservation Organisations
VEN provides professional filmmaking services to organizations working in biodiversity conservation.This includes documenting their conservation work, creating awareness films, and producing campaign materials.
Volunteering Programs for Wildlife Filmmaking Education
VEN offers volunteering opportunities for individuals interested in learning about wildlife filmmaking in Vietnam. Volunteers receive hands-on training in conservation storytelling while financially supporting VEN’s projects.

Expense Allocation
We aim to cultivate an environment that inspires everyone to conserve Vietnamese wildlife.
Admin & Production Costs
Includes office operations, team salaries, film production logistics (equipment, permits, travel), supporting research and conservation partnerships
Volunteer Support
Food, accommodation, and travel expenses for volunteers. Training sessions on wildlife filmmaking and conservation ethics.
Self-Produced Film Fund
VEN self-funds its documentaries from income reserves. This fund helps produce independent conservation films, giving us creative control over our storytelling
